As a team, we agreed to start selling only after the product capability was evaluated at various levels, ensuring its efficacy across platforms. BookMyShow, which later became our first paying customer, integrated with CleverTap in 2013. At the time, CleverTap was an minimum viable product that offered analytics, segmentation and user engagement in one platform. CleverTap onboarded its first paying customer in 2015 and, since then, there has been no looking back. There was one moment when fate turned their way, a moment that they can look back upon and say, that was when it started.
